NEW YEAR, NEW OS FOR YOUR SMARTPHONE: MEET EELO Do you love the freedom to use different applications from different sources but disgusted with its privacy issues ? Or you prefer the security of iOS but feel caged as an user with the iPhone ? Many users out there are facing this problem. Which one to go for- Android’s freedom and customizability or Apple’s security. With these two smartphone operating systems combinedly holding nearly 98-99% share of the global smartphone market, none of them has till now satisfied its users simultaneously in either fields. Same things happened with Gaël Duval, the developer of Mandrake Linux (1998) (now Mandriva Linux). So he went on to create his own OS to meet all of his needs. And thus how he came up to introduce EELO. Though he is not alone.
